Social Media Usage Policy

ADAYLAR BAKIR uses the following social media platforms:

Photographs and videos taken during company activities (factory-wide events, production activities, trade fairs, social events, etc.) are shared on the pages. In addition, celebration/commemoration messages related to national and religious holidays may be published.

Images of our employees appearing in photographs and videos may only be published with their explicit consent. Beyond this, images of our customers, suppliers, and visitors will not be included without their permission. In posts, our employees' names will not be tagged, and no personal data will be shared without permission.

In addition, the rules that our employees must observe when using social media are outlined below:

a) On social media, if CANDIDATES express an opinion on BAKIR or a sector-related topic, they must state that it is their personal opinion.
b) The company must protect its colleagues and its own reputation. Any comments that could damage its reputation should be avoided.
c) No comments that could damage the reputation of customers, competitors, suppliers, public or private institutions and organisations shall be made.
d) No information belonging to ADAYLAR BAKIR employees, customers, suppliers, or other stakeholders will be shared.
e) On social media, you should not share other people's photographs or tag their names without their consent.
f) Comments that are discriminatory, harassing, racist, religiously or sexually explicit, aggressive, or offensive will not be permitted.
g) No commercial products shall be advertised and no political party propaganda shall be conducted on the company's social media pages.
h) Details regarding individuals, offices, meetings, work content, locations, etc. within the company will not be tagged on social media. Photographs taken within the company will not be shared with the company name tagged.
i) When uploading any content (text, images, videos, etc.) to social media platforms, it is important to be careful. You may unknowingly infringe on brand or copyrights.
j) Employees are personally responsible for the content they share and publish on social media.
k) To avoid the possibility of written messages being misunderstood on social media, spelling rules will be followed.
l) Unauthorised persons should never present themselves as the company's official spokesperson.
m) No negative messages will be written in response to negative messages written by others about the company; a sensible and polite approach will be taken.
n) Be aware that anything shared online cannot be completely removed, even if it is deleted or removed.
