This “General Information Notice” is issued by ADAYLAR BAKIR (‘ADAYLAR BAKIR’), as the Data Controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), within the framework of Article 10 titled ‘Data Controller's Obligation to Inform’ and Article 11 titled ‘Rights of the Data Subject’ in the KVKK; this document is provided to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for the collection of your personal data, and your other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK, and to obtain your consent regarding the following matters.
We take the protection of the privacy and security of the personal data you provide to us seriously. Accordingly, we take the necessary technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, damage, loss or disclosure.

2. Personal Data We Collect and Our Processing Purposes:
ADAYLAR BAKIR processes your personal data shared via its website (www.adaylarbakir.com) and other channels mentioned in this privacy notice solely for the purposes specified in this privacy notice. ADAYLAR BAKIR's registered address is Bozburun Mh. Salihağa Yolu Cd. No:30 Merkezefendi/Denizli and its Tax Office is Gökpınar Tax Office - Tax No: 0070659163. In terms of the Personal Data Protection Law, our Company operates as the ‘Data Controller’.
When you visit the website belonging to ADAYLAR BAKIR and/or share your personal data with ADAYLAR BAKIR for use within the scope of the processing purposes specified in this information notice, you are deemed to have been informed about the provisions contained in this information notice and in the privacy policy on our website.

As ADAYLAR BAKIR, in our capacity as Data Controller, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and the Fight Against Crimes Committed Through These Publications, and the relevant secondary legislation, and within the framework of our legal obligations arising from all legislation related to our activities, without limitation, and in order to continue our company activities, we collect personal data in the transactions we carry out.
a) Personal Data Collected from Our Customers:  Name and surname, email address, address, telephone number, security camera footage if visiting our company, photographs if taken, etc.

b) Personal Data Collected in Our Virtual Stores on Online Shopping Platforms: Full name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, Turkish ID number for invoicing purposes.
c) Personal Data We Collect from Our Suppliers: During the product or service purchase process, the name and surname of the supplier representative and employees, contact details (telephone, email), other personal data of the supplier personnel providing the service depending on the nature of the service, security camera footage if they visit our company, etc.
d) Personal Data We Collect from Job Applicants: Identity, contact details, professional experience (education, training and work history), criminal record, identity and contact details of references, nationality, place and date of birth, gender, marital status, military status, health/disability status, etc. The candidate may have shared other personal data in their CV that was not requested by our company; this data will not be used or processed by ADAYLAR BAKIR.
e) Other: Name, surname, contact details, etc. obtained from other parties contacted during the conduct of business activities.
f) All Visitors: During the Covid-19 pandemic, the body temperature measurement data of all persons entering the workplace and the risk status obtained through HES code verification.

Our Processing Purposes: (All are available in our VERBİS record on a categorical basis)
Without limitation, our processing purposes are as follows:

a) To fulfil our legal obligations as stipulated in the legislation

These personal data will be processed in accordance with the purposes and scope specified in this Information Notice on the Protection of Personal Data, and subject to the legal regulations to which we are subject, primarily Article 5(2) of the Personal Data Protection Law, with your explicit consent or in other cases provided for therein, provided that they are not used for purposes or within a scope other than those specified in this Information Notice on the Protection of Personal Data, and that all necessary information security measures are taken. They will be stored for the legal retention period or for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, and will be destroyed or anonymised at the end of the period necessary for the purpose of processing.

3. How We Collect Your Personal Data:

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically for the purposes stated above and to fulfil legal obligations and service conditions.

Personal data provided directly by you to BAKIR: All information and documents you have submitted, including requests for quotations, contracts, orders, job application forms or CVs, etc.
Personal data collected during the execution of business processes: Correspondence, email correspondence, telephone or face-to-face conversations, etc.
Personal data collected at trade fairs: Information and documents collected during meetings at sectoral trade fair organisations

Personal data collected during your visits to ADAYLAR BAKIR: From the security entrance onwards, in areas marked with security camera signs, images captured by security cameras are recorded via Wi-Fi connection, including IP numbers, if used. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the body temperature of all persons entering the workplace (staff, visitors, customers, suppliers, etc.) is measured with a digital thermometer, and their HES code is checked.

ADAYLAR BAKIR may share and transfer your personal data with relevant parties, provided that sufficient measures are taken in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles set out in the KVKK, based on your explicit consent or in other cases stipulated in Article 5/f.2 of the KVKK, including the legislation to which we are subject. Your personal data shared with us will not be shared with third parties for purposes other than those specified in the KVKK or without your explicit consent.
Your personal data stored electronically is transferred to our company's servers and data storage units (domestic).
Job application forms submitted by job applicants, information provided via our website, or CVs sent in person or by email will not be shared with other individuals or organisations without the applicant's explicit consent.

Personal data collected from other parties may be transferred to authorised persons, institutions or organisations if such transfer is necessary for the purpose of processing, either by obtaining the explicit consent of the data subject where explicit consent is required, or where required by law or where processing is necessary for reasons other than explicit consent.

5. Rights of the Data Subject (Relevant Person)
In accordance with the KVKK, as the data subject, your personal data:
Find out whether it has been processed or not
Request information if processed
Determining the purpose of processing and whether it is being used for that purpose
Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
If it is incomplete, incorrectly processed or altered, request that it be corrected
Requesting deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK
Requesting notification of transactions made by third parties to whom it has been transferred
Objecting to an adverse outcome arising solely from analysis by automated systems, and
You have the right to request compensation for any damage suffered as a result of processing that violates the KVKK.

If your application for these purposes incurs additional costs, you may be required to pay the fee amount specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests included in your application will be resolved as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.

6. Entry into Force and Amendments
